To me, a home practice is the essence of a yoga asana practice. It’s just you and your mat, no one to compare to, no one to please, no compromises. You do things in your own time and adjust the practice to your current state.
Yoga is supposed to be practiced regularly to get the full effects and benefits. That doesn’t mean that you have to do an hour long practice every day. Certain days it will be 10 min and two poses. Other days it will be stronger and longer, some days softer.
Every person is different and need different things. I will mentor you and together we tailor a sequence that suits your needs.
We meet 3 times for 75 min each time for three weeks. You practice at home in between sessions. Mentoring outside of the meetings is included.
